Posted on January 25th, 2012 No comments
Enterprise Feedback Management or EFM is the term used to describe enterprise-wide online survey software. EFM software supports advanced survey design with CRM integration and advanced reporting with statistical analysis, a centralized panel management and workflow process to ensure consistent survey quality and enforce respondent privacy and IT security policies. Additionally, multiple departments within an organization can collaborate on survey initiatives, share results and gain insights that impact bottom-line results.Prior to EFM, survey software was typically deployed in departments and lacked user roles, permissions and workflow. EFM enables deployment across the enterprise, providing decision makers with important data for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and lifetime value. Enterprise Feedback Management enables companies to better respond to customer needs.

Posted on January 17th, 2012 No comments
Many times we’ve asked ourselves during the last couple of years what happens with QuestionPro. Decommission of SurveyPirate
Posted on December 21st, 2011 No comments
Last week, SurveyPirate announced the decommission of their services. SurveyPirate was a free survey software platform in business since 2008. They advertized as “the world’s most user friendly tool. And it is totally free!”. I guess that this “completely free” business model does not work anymore in the current economy.

Survey Monkey – new features and payment plans
Posted on February 8th, 2011 3 commentsBack in April 2009, Survey Monkey announced that is has been acquired by an investor group led by Spectrum Equity Investors and including Bain Capital Ventures. Shortly after we kind of expected a move from SurveyMonkey that at the time only offered entry level survey services to its customers. Time went by and nothing seemed to happen to Survey Monkey. They added multi language support for their website, now being available in 12 languages, but that was it.
